Job DescriptionThe ESH Specialist supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements, corporate standards, and management systems. The role is responsible for promoting a safe and healthy workplace, minimizing environmental impact, supporting audits and inspections, and driving a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. The position also supports the implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesEnvironmental ManagementEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.Monitor waste management, hazardous materials handling, emissions, and resource consumption.Coordinate environmental improvement initiatives focused on sustainability and resource efficiency.Support environmental audits and inspections.Management SystemsSupport implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001Management Systems.Maintain ESH documentation, procedures, records, and compliance evidence.Track ESH objectives, targets, and KPI performance.Participate in internal and external audits and support closure of findings.Implementation operational control considering the positions KPI´s.Implementation of programs to improve environmental, energy, and sustainability indicatorsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in:
