F&I; Manager-Automotive Industry

We are looking for an experienced F&I; Manager to lead the design, governance, and execution of incentive programs that drive sales performance and dealer network success.

This role will be responsible for managing incentive strategies, overseeing program performance, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and partnering with Commercial, Finance, and Dealer Development teams to optimize business results. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, commercial understanding, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage sales incentive programs aligned with commercial objectives and business strategy.- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of the incentive management process and systems.- Analyze incentive program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize sales performance and return on investment.- Oversee monthly incentive accruals and payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with commercial agreements.- Manage incentive budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in close collaboration with Finance teams.- Prepare and present executive-level reports, sales expense analyses and business insights to senior leadership.- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements.- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Dealer Development, and Sales Operations teams to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer network inquiries and escalations related to incentive programs.- Develop and enhance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to strengthen efficiency and controls.- Lead, coach,



and develop team members to foster high performance and continuous improvement.- Support regional and general strategic initiatives as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in Incentives Management, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, Business Planning, or similar functions.- Proven experience designing and implementing commercial incentive programs.- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to transform data into strategic business recommendations.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.- Experience working with dealer networks, distributors, or external business partners.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Experience developing operational controls, governance frameworks, and process improvements.- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable.- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
