The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for positions with HIKINEX's U.The successful candidate will understand that recruiting is both a

You will proactively identify passive candidates, conduct outreach through multiple channels, qualify candidates against client requirements, and maintain an organized recruiting pipeline.Source qualified candidates for positions throughout the United States.Identify both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting databases, professional networks, social media, referrals, and other sourcing tools.Maintain accurate candidate records within the company's ATS and recruiting systems.Conduct proactive outbound recruiting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, text, and other approved communication channels.Present qualified candidates with clear, concise summaries explaining why they match the client's requirements.Performance Expectations
