and timely delivery.Facilitate improvement initiatives and support strategic planning forums such as global product boards, architecture councils, and vendor assessments.7+ years of experience in IT operations, agile project delivery, or infrastructure transformation.~ Proven experience managing global, distributed teams.~ Strong knowledge of agile frameworks, capacity planning, and portfolio prioritization.~ Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Project, Visio).~ Familiarity with ITIL and all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.~ Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.~ Experience in Microsoft Cloud services or IT service management environments.The ability to translate technical and business needs into clear frameworks and visuals for senior leadership.A consultative mindset and a passion for driving organizational excellence through agile practices.
