U.S. accounting experience, advanced QuickBooks skills, and experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, this role is a strong fit.What You’ll OwnMulti-Client Accounting & Month-End Close- Own month-end close processes across multiple U.S.-based client accounts- Manage:- Accounts payable (AP)- Accounts receivable (AR)- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations- General ledger activities- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting workpapers- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP- Ensure client books remain clean, organized, and reporting-ready- Manage multiple accounting deadlines without sacrificing accuracyPayroll & Compliance- Process payroll accurately and on schedule- Manage employee setup and onboarding within payroll systems- Work with platforms such as:- Gusto- ADP- Paylocity- Prepare and file U.S. state sales tax returns- Maintain supporting documentation for payroll and compliance requirements- Ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are consistently metFinancial Reporting & Analysis- Prepare accurate financial reporting packages for clients- Analyze financial performance and identify:- Trends- Risks-
