Senior Master Data Analyst
Queretaro, Mexico.
The Senior Analyst will play a hands-on role in data research, issue resolution, data quality improvement, stakeholder support, and process execution, while partnering with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure reliable and consistent master data across platforms. This role is well-suited for a professional with strong experience in data governance, research, process coordination, and operational support within Deloitte environments.
Work you’ll do
- Support day-to-day operations across key master data domains including Client, Vendor, Finance, Rates, Chart of Accounts and Profit Center data.
- Perform data research, validation, enrichment, and maintenance using internal and external data sources.
- Review and resolve data quality issues, exceptions, and requests with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Analyze records across systems and identify mismatches, duplicates, missing attributes, hierarchy issues, and process gaps.
- Support end-to-end workflows related to master data creation, updates, quality checks, and issue remediation.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify data issues, and provide support on master data inquiries.
- Partner with technology and operations teams to improve data flows, monitoring, controls, and process efficiency.
- Assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend sustainable fixes.

Qualifications
Required:
- Completion of course of study/Egresado in any pertinent field or industry in any pertinent field or industry
- Advanced English level.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in master data management, data operations, research, or data quality.
- Hands-on experience working with one or more of the following domains: Client Master, Vendor Master, Finance Master, Rates Master.
- Experience with data research, validation, cleansing, and issue resolution in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Informatica MDM, SAP, and related reporting/workflow tools.
- Strong experience with Excel and working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience supporting structured processes, controls, and quality reviews in a shared services or global support environment.
- Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the Queretaro Office
