- Punto de contacto principal para el cliente /Primary point of contact for customer

- Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el cliente y el centro de fabricación para garantizar que la previsión (muestras/producción en masa) se procesa correctamente. / Works closely with the Customer and Manufacturing site to ensure the forecast (samples/mass production) is processed correctly.

- Coordinación de la introducción de nuevos productos para los clientes asignados. / New Product Introduction coordination for assigned customer(s).

- Responsable de la satisfacción/relación con el cliente tanto interno como externo. /Accountable for customer satisfaction/relationship both internal/external

- Crea y dirige con firmeza el equipo multifuncional para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa y del cliente. / Creates and strongly leads the Multi-Functional team to achieve company’s and customer’s objectives.

- Comprende y supera las necesidades y expectativas del cliente. / Understands and exceeds the customer's needs and expectations.

- Autoridad para detener el envío y parar la producción para corregir problemas de calidad. /Authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems. /Authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems.

- Autoridad para informar inmediatamente sobre productos o procesos no conformes para garantizar que los productos no conformes no se envíen a los clientes y que se identifique cualquier producto potencialmente no conforme. / Authority to immediately report nonconforming products or processes to ensure that nonconforming products are not shipped to customers and that any potential nonconforming products are identified





- Stopping production/creating hold and stopping shipping to correct quality problems/Detención de la producción/retención y paralización de los envíos para corregir problemas de calidad

- Informar sobre productos o procesos que no se ajustan a los requisitos del cliente/Reporting products or processes that do not conform to customer requirements

Requirements

- Certificado/Diploma del conocimiento de la norma IATF 16949:2016/ Certificate/Diploma of knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016 standard.

- Certificado/Diploma de la norma ISO 13485 (en caso de que aplique)/ ISO 13485 Certificate/Diploma (if applicable)

- Certificado/Diploma del conocimiento de APQP/ Certificate/Diploma of knowledge of APQP

- Certificado/Diploma del conocimiento de Core Tools/ Certificate/Diploma of knowledge of Core Tools

- Se requiere fluidez para leer, escribir y hablar en inglés. / Required to be fluent to read, write, and talk in English.
