Resumen:

is responsible for supporting the design, development, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and components used in company products.

This position works closely with Design Engineering, Laboratory, Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure electrical designs meet product requirements, safety standards, performance specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades:

Main Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, evaluate, and improve electrical systems, circuits, components, and assemblies.
- Develop and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Select electrical and electronic components according to product requirements and design specifications.
- Support the development and validation of prototypes and new product designs.
- Plan, perform, and document laboratory tests to evaluate product performance, reliability, functionality, and safety.
- Perform electrical measurements and testing using appropriate laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues related to prototypes, products, components, and manufacturing processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Support product verification and validation activities.
- Ensure electrical designs comply with applicable engineering, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support engineering changes and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Laboratory, and other engineering functions.




- Provide technical support to manufacturing operations when electrical design or product issues arise.
- Evaluate alternative components and support engineering qualification activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement, cost reduction, and product optimization projects.
- Support laboratory equipment, test methods, fixtures, and testing procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, engineering evaluations, and technical documentation.
- Support new product introduction and product development projects from concept through validation and production.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Testing, Laboratory Engineering, Product Development, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or product development environment is preferred.
- Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, and product validation is highly desirable.
