Remote across Mexico - 479,200 – 748,800 MXN + 10% SIP Bonus - Bilingual English and Spanish

Insight General is looking for two Implementation Consultants (General Ledger) to join the team full-time at one of our largest HCM clients remotely in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the implementation team and representing the General Ledger module throughout the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.

Manage all aspects of the GL implementation process, which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, guided configuration, unit and integration testing, training, and full deployment

- Partner with client project managers and executives throughout the implementation
- Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external clients, and third parties to ensure a successful delivery




- Effectively manage multiple projects and clients at the same time with multiple competing priorities, and to coach others to work effectively

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Accounting

- 5+ years of software implementation experience, with a focus on accounting preferred
- Practical knowledge of accounting and payroll, production environment, and implementation practices
- Experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment with a focus on HCM.
- Specific experience with Payroll modules within Workday, Ultimate, Lawson, or ADP is strongly desired.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
