Bilingual Patient Enrollment & Inbound Sales Specialist (Healthcare)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Patient Enrollment & Inbound Sales Specialist to guide prospective patients through their sleep health journey. In this role, you'll speak with patients who have completed an online sleep assessment, requested information, or completed a diagnostic test, helping them understand their options and confidently move forward with the appropriate program.

This is a phone-based, consultative role that combines patient education, customer service, and inbound sales. You'll explain sleep apnea, CPAP therapy, and wellness programs, answer non-clinical questions, build trust, and help patients enroll in the solution that best fits their needs.

The adecuado candidate has experience working with U.S. customers or patients, is comfortable discussing healthcare-related topics, and has a proven ability to convert qualified leads through empathetic, consultative conversations.

Responsibilities

- Contact prospective and existing patients through inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Communicate fluently with patients in both English and Spanish.
- Educate patients about sleep apnea, at-home sleep testing, CPAP therapy, and available treatment programs.
- Explain enrollment options, subscriptions, pricing, and the overall patient journey.
- Answer non-clinical questions while providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Build trust with patients and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Handle objections professionally and help qualified patients move forward with the appropriate program.
- Consistently follow up with leads who have not yet completed enrollment.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and patient management system.
- Escalate medical or treatment-related questions to the clinical team.




- Handle patient information with the highest level of confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines and company privacy policies.
- Meet individual performance goals related to patient enrollment, conversion rates, follow-up activities, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- 2+ years of experience in inbound sales, patient enrollment, customer service, patient support, or a similar phone-based role.
- Experience working with U.S. customers or patients.
- Strong consultative sales and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent phone communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple, empathetic, and engaging way.
- Comfortable discussing healthcare-related topics with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer or patient records.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience in telehealth, healthcare, medical devices, health insurance, pharmacy, or wellness.
- Experience in the sleep health, sleep apnea, CPAP, insomnia, respiratory care, or durable medical equipment (DME) industry.
- HIPAA training or certification.
- Experience working with insurance verification or healthcare eligibility processes.
- Experience selling healthcare services, medical subscriptions, or wellness programs.
- Familiarity with patient enrollment and treatment onboarding.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare organizations.

Position Details

- Remote position.
- U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST).
- Candidates must be comfortable signing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and handling confidential patient information in compliance with company policies.
