About The Role

We are looking for a Staffing Offer Manager to join our Staffing team and spearhead our growth by developing our staffing offer strategy. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!

What You’ll Do

- Define Staffing Offer strategy, negotiating economic proposals with key candidates.
- Supervise the team responsible for contacting candidates.
- Supervise the process of helping candidates (who had previously passed our minimum assessments) improve any weak points before they are assigned to a project,



participating in the development of key candidates.
- Moderate the relationship between BairesDev, candidates, and third-party contractors.
- Providing feedback to the internal team.

You Must Have

- 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter.
- 1+ years of experience in Team Management.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in the IT market is a plus.
- Advanced English level.
