Responsibilities
THE OPPORTUNITY
Lead the implementation of pep+ governance at PMF, ensuring end-to-end alignment with sustainability targets and guidelines. Oversee cross-functional integration and data traceability,



build strategic partnerships to enhance impact delivery at optimized costs, and actively engage in advocacy with government and key stakeholders to support enabling policies that accelerate the sustainability agenda.
THE IMPACT
As Sustainability Sr. Manager your scope would consist of:
Connect with Regional SO to provide strategic guidance to define the Glidepath and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for achieving the OU’s pep+ targets, ensuring feasibility, alignment with global standards, and integration with business planning cycles.
Accountable for providing consultation and making decisions.
Impacted: Strategy, finance, Latam sustainability, functional planning teams.
Lead the deployment and integration of pep+ strategy within the OU, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and business objectives.
Accountable for making decisions.
