This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with versátil work options available after 3 months of on-site training period. The role supports multiple business areas and is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
The Executive Benefits Specialist provides administrative and client support services for non-qualified and supplemental benefit programs, including executive life insurance, individual disability insurance, and deferred compensation arrangements.



This role supports both employer clients and plan participants by ensuring accurate plan administration, high-quality service delivery, and effective communication. The Specialist plays a key role in the day-to-day management of benefit plans, partnering with internal teams, carriers, and clients to deliver a seamless and positive experience.
Plan Administration & Operations: Support the administration of executive benefit plans and ensure accurate processing of enrollments, contributions, and participant updates. Maintain plan records and documentation while coordinating with carriers and vendors to resolve issues. Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and revenue tracking activities.
Client & Participant Service: Deliver timely and professional support to clients and participants through various communication channels. Assist with participant communications, enrollment materials, and open enrollment activi
