As a People Operations - International Mobility Senior Associate, you will play
a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to
employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding,
payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Your work will
be instrumental in enabling HR processes and systems to run smoothly, supporting




our workforce efficiently.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections
and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly
complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical
skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients,
delivering quality outcomes. Embracing ambiguity, you will be comfortable when

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage data to drive
insights and make informed business decisions within our Internal Firm Services
practice. Your work will involve implementing technology solutions and utilizing

experience, and support business and human resource clients in optimizing
operations and achieving strategic goals.
