The Payroll and HR Admin team leader’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Processes bi-weekly payroll for assigned organizations.




Perform a wide range of payroll functions including preparation, processing, distribution, and reporting, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations.
Serves as liaison to employees and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies.
shares payroll processes; Verifies compliance with federal and state payroll requirements; Support payroll‑related audits and SOX compliance by following internal control requirements and maintaining complete and updated process documentation.
Perform monthly and annual payroll closing activities and participate in payroll‑to‑accounting reconciliations.
Setting up new or terminated employees in payroll.
Makes necessary deduction changes, submits tax payments, prepares payroll reports, and maintains payroll records in compliance with applicable laws.
