Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure across Qualcomm sites
Perform configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and maintenance activities on routing and switching platforms
Respond to network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution within established SLAs
Execute standard change requests following established operational procedures and change management processes
Collaborate with the India operations team on shift handoffs, shared ticket queues, and operational continuity
Partner with the architecture and design team in San Diego to implement approved network designs and standards
Maintain accurate network documentation including topology diagrams, asset inventories, and configuration baselines
Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes, runbooks, and automation effo
