Retail Operations Specialist The North Face Mexico

Position Summary
The Retail Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the growth and operational success of The North Face owned retail stores across Mexico. This position partners closely with Retail Operations, Field Leadership, Store Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of operational standards, successful new store openings, inventory accuracy, compliance, and exceptional consumer experiences.
The role is responsible for driving operational excellence through store performance analysis, process optimization, training support, and operational execution. As a key liaison between stores and corporate functions, the Retail Operations Specialist helps ensure business priorities are executed efficiently while supporting sustainable growth and scalability across The North Face retail fleet.

Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations Excellence
Support the execution and continuous improvement of retail operational processes, policies, and procedures across The North Face stores.




Conduct store visits and operational assessments to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, execution, and compliance.
Monitor operational KPIs and provide recommendations to improve store productivity and performance.
New Store Openings
Coordinate operational activities related to new store openings, relocations, and remodels.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Construction, Visual Merchandising, IT, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to ensure successful store launches.
Support store readiness assessments, training coordination, equipment setup, and opening execution.
Inventory & Compliance
Support inventory management processes including stock transfers, cycle counts, physical inventories, and loss prevention initiatives.
Monitor compliance with operational standards, safety policies, and company procedures.
