About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Lead to support the execution of the company's financial and administrative operations while partnering closely with the Administration & Finance Manager.
This role is adecuado for someone with a strong accounting and finance foundation who is looking to broaden their exposure to treasury, regulatory reporting, internal controls and financial operations within a fast-growing fintech environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy and regulatory compliance, while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.

What You'll Do

Accounting & Financial Operations

Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
Review accounting reconciliations and support the accuracy of financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Support external and internal audit activities.

Administration

Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations and vendor management.




Support purchasing processes, fixed asset control and administrative documentation.
Monitor administrative expenses and support budget tracking.

Treasury & Financial Planning

Coordinate treasury activities, including payments, transfers and cash reconciliations.
Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity monitoring.
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.

Regulatory Compliance

Support the preparation of regulatory reports required by financial authorities.
Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable CNBV and Banco de México regulations.
Participate in regulatory audits and follow up on action plans.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

Execute internal control activities and monitor remediation plans.
Document financial and administrative processes.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization and automation.
