Senior Supply Chain Supplier Performance Representative

Boeing Mexico Service Company is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Supplier Performance Representative, reporting to the General Field Operations Manager, working out of the Chihuahua, Mexico office. The Procurement Field Representative will support our Global Field Operations team in Central & East Mexico to mitigate delivery or quality issues impacting Boeing production.

This role requires partnership with Leaders across the enterprise and as active member of the Supply Chain teams. This position will discover new opportunities and solutions for business problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities:
- Participates in on-site supplier assessments to identify supplier capability and to support Boeing procurement strategy.




- Evaluates overall supplier health and resources to determine viability.
- Identifies problems, develops recovery plans and monitors supplier performance-to-plan to ensure compliance to contractual requirements.
- Identifies improvement opportunities to enhance supplier capability.
- Provides or recommends training and mentoring on business and manufacturing practices to improve or enhance supplier delivery performance.
- Monitors activities to ensure that suppliers produce conforming and compliant products on time.
- Monitors emergent offload or overload suppliers and provides technical assistance to ensure delivery schedule compliance and product conformity.
- Identifies, establishes and maintains priorities for deliveries of products, services and data.
