Senior Public Affairs & Regulatory Compliance Consultant - LATAM Location: Remote (Mexico-based preferred)

We are partnering with a leading advisory firm specializing in regulatory strategy, public affairs, and compliance within the digital assets, fintech, and financial services sectors. Advise clients on regulatory compliance, market entry strategies, licensing requirements, and evolving digital asset and financial services frameworks.
Produce high-quality regulatory briefings, policy updates, and intelligence reports to support informed business decision-making.
Deliver strategic guidance and training to executive teams, boards, and compliance functions on regulatory obligations and industry best practices.

3–5+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations, regulatory affairs, compliance, public policy, or related fields.
~ Previous exposure to fintech, digital assets, financial services, payments, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
~ Familiarity with financial services regulation, fintech frameworks,



digital assets, blockchain technology, or emerging technologies.
~ Experience representing the interests of financial institutions, fintech companies, digital asset businesses, trade associations, or consulting firms.
~ Previous consulting, legal, regulatory, public affairs, or international business experience.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is considered an advantage.
