Position Overview

The Tax Analyst is responsible for supporting the timely and accurate compliance
with federal tax obligations, assisting in the preparation of tax filings,
maintaining documentation, and supporting tax audits and planning processes.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all tax-related processes are
executed with precision, in coordination with the Tax Associate and other team
members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tax Compliance





* Gather and organize monthly financial and operational data required for tax
computations.
* Prepare working papers to support the calculation of monthly tax prepayments
in collaboration with the external outsourcing firm.
* Assist in providing detailed and exceptional information related to tax
compliance (e.g., withholding taxes, debt repayments, FX).
* Conduct initial reviews of tax computations and provide them to the Tax
Associate for validation.
* Assist in the preparation of working papers and support documentation for
annual tax returns.
* Maintain organized records of tax filings and related documentation.
* Support the preparation of compliance documentation related to FIBRA tax
obligations, including annual profit calculations and required disclosures.
* Help monitor due dates and ensure timely submission of tax obligations.
