Mainframe Production Support





We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Production Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience in supporting and maintaining critical mainframe applications in a production environment. The adecuado candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with incident and problem management, and a solid understanding of mainframe technologies, batch processing, and production support processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for mainframe applications.
- Monitor daily batch processing and ensure successful completion of scheduled jobs.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Analyze application abends, job failures, and system issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.
- Support application deployments, code migrations, and production releases.
