Outbound Logistics Manager（Mexico to U.S. Export）

Job Responsibilities
- Manage export logistics from Mexico to the United States, ensuring goods are delivered on time and safely.
- Plan and optimize transportation solutions based on business needs, including trucking, rail, and multimodal transportation.
- Develop and manage logistics service providers, including trucking companies, rail providers, and 3PL partners.
- Participate in logistics price negotiations and support transportation cost improvement.
- Follow up daily shipments and handle issues such as delays, inspections, customs clearance, and border problems.
- Work closely with planning, purchasing, customs, warehouse, and overseas teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Continuously improve the Mexico-to-U.S. cross-border logistics process to improve transportation efficiency and delivery stability.
- Support the use and improvement of TMS / WMS systems in daily logistics operations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain,



International Trade, or related fields.
- Experience in cross-border logistics, export logistics, international transportation, or North America logistics. Mexico-U.S. cross-border logistics experience is preferred.
- Familiar with transportation modes, logistics resources, and basic cost structure from Mexico to the United States.
- Spanish is required as a working language. English or Chinese communication ability is preferred.
- Experience in logistics supplier development, resource coordination, or business negotiation.
- Strong problem-solving ability, especially in handling shipment delays, customs inspections, border issues, and other logistics exceptions.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with teams from different countries and departments.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced cross-border logistics environment.
