Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee day-to-day audit engagement activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Review audit workpapers and documentation prepared by associates and senior analysts.
Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support to engagement team members.
Coordinate communication between clients and engagement teams.
Support the planning and execution of audit procedures in accordance with KPMG methodology and regulatory requirements.
Identify risks, issues,



and opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Escalate significant matters to management when appropriate.
Serve as a mentor and performance manager, supporting career development and team growth.
Contribute to standardization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across engagements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of external audit experience.
Previous experience with a Big 4 or large public accounting firm is strongly preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of audit methodologies, financial reporting, and accounting standards.
Knowledge of US GAAP is preferred.
Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading junior audit professionals.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit-related software.
