We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Administrator Jr. to join our operations team. This role is critical in monitoring transactions, reviewing alerts, and supporting key processes related to payment systems and compliance, ensuring operational accuracy and control.
Monitor and manage the SPID Control Desk system
Ensure proper follow-up, control, and execution of operational processes
Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Payments, and Credit Operations
At least 1 year of experience in operations, payments, compliance, or a related field
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required)
Experience in screening, monitoring, or transaction review processes
Advanced English (required)
Japanese language skills
This position plays a key role in ensuring accuracy and control over critical operational processes.
