About the Role
We are hiring a full-time, fully remote Operations & Automation Manager. This is not a traditional operations role — it requires deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and marketing automation systems and AI. You will be responsible for overseeing production workflows, managing our team's output, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional results every time.If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, love building systems, and take pride in turning chaos into order — this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational backbone of the agency,



managing day-to-day production and workflow inside ClickUp
- Act as the primary liaison between account managers, web developers, paid ads management and the founder
- Oversee and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-accounts, workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations
- Monitor AI and automation systems to ensure they are functioning at peak performance
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions before they impact clients
- Manage A2P 10DLC compliance, spam/robo-call mitigation, and telecom-related issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues across CRM platforms, Zapier, APIs, and third-party integrations
- Track team performance, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handoffs between departments
- Continuously improve internal processes and document SOPs
