M&A; Manager

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
Language: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Strong financial, analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced Excel proficiency and extensive experience in financial modeling and valuation.
Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven M&A; Manager to lead and execute strategic transactions across the deal lifecycle. The idóneo candidate will possess exceptional financial modeling and valuation expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience managing complex transactions in fast-paced environments. This role requires the ability to identify growth opportunities, conduct comprehensive financial and strategic analyses, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage transaction documentation and contractual negotiations,



and drive successful transaction outcomes that maximize shareholder value. The position offers significant exposure to senior executives and C-level stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions from origination through closing.
- Manage transaction processes, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation support, contract review, and execution.
- Coordinate and oversee transaction documentation, purchase agreements, and related contractual matters in partnership with internal and external legal advisors.
- Develop and oversee complex financial models, valuation analyses, and investment recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, investment memoranda, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, executive committees, and C-level stakeholders.
