Role Overview
As the Plant Controlle r, you will serve as the strategic financial leader for our Apodaca manufacturing site. This facility specializes in high-precision metal fabrication and complex component assembly.
We are looking for a high-impact business partner who does more than report numbers—you will own the P&L;, drive operational profitability, and instill financial discipline across all functional areas, from engineering to logistics.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Leadership
- Act as a key advisor to Plant Management, providing forecasts, budgets, and cost-control strategies that align with corporate growth objective.
- s.Influence operational decision-making by providing financial perspective to production, purchasing, engineering, and quality departments.

2. Operational Excellence & Cost Accounting




- Utilize deep knowledge of the manufacturing process to identify cost drivers and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure rigorous financial discipline in accordance with GAAP and internal corporate policies
- Manage the full financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting.

3. Business Partnership
- Develop sophisticated financial models and analyses that translate complex data into actionable insights for the operations team.
- Foster a culture of accountability and financial acumen throughout the organization.
- Represent the plant’s interests in communications with both local leadership and global stakeholder.

Requirements
- A minimum of 7–10 years of progressive financial leadership within a manufacturing environment. Specific experience in the metal-mecha nic or precision fabrication industry is highly preferred.
- Leadership: At least 6 years in a Plant Controller or similar site-lead role.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. An
