Scope

The E-commerce Lead will be responsible for driving and expanding the Company’s e-commerce business across marketplaces, owned websites, and digital channels in Mexico and other LATAM markets. This role oversees the end-to-end online sales process, ensuring operational efficiency, commercial growth, and alignment with business objectives.

The position requires a strategic and analytical mindset to optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and execute commercial initiatives that enhance online performance and profitability. The E-commerce Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen the Company’s digital presence, improve customer acquisition and conversion, and support regional expansion initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce commercial strategies focused on achieving defined ROI and business growth objectives.
- Manage and expand marketplace presence across LATAM markets, including Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Peru, and Colombia.




- Oversee SEO initiatives and digital optimization strategies to improve online visibility and search engine positioning.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate and execute digital commercial events and campaigns, including CyberMonday, Hot Sale, and Black Friday.
- Define and monitor pricing strategies across markets, platforms, and product categories.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising strategies to increase traffic, improve conversion, and strengthen brand positioning on social media platforms.
- Identify and implement innovative growth initiatives and customer acquisition strategies.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B testing, conversion optimization initiatives, and performance experiments.
