ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A; professional to join our Finance team in Mexico. Reporting to the CFO Mexico, this person will be a key business partner driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, while also safeguarding the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of the financial information that underpins those decisions.

The adecuado candidate combines strong analytical and modelling capabilities with solid command of financial reporting and the month-end close, enabling them to connect the numbers behind the close to the forward-looking story the business needs. You will work cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights, strengthen financial discipline and support executive leadership with strategic recommendations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, scenario planning and long-term growth initiatives.




- Deliver monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
- Analyse revenue trends, costs, unit economics and profitability, and translate findings into actionable insights for senior management.
- Prepare business cases to support new investments, strategic initiatives and other key business decisions.
- Develop KPI dashboards and management reports to monitor business performance and drive operational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted finance business partner across departments, providing analytical support and challenge on costs, revenue and profitability.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and the month-end close process, and how they connect to IFRS.
