BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Project Manager with a strong background in project management and a preferred experience in the medical industry. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving digital transformation across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:
- Review and follow up on the IT project portfolio on a monthly basis.
- Contribute to and potentially lead the development of business cases for proposed IT projects.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issues for assigned initiatives.
- Oversee the integration of Cybersecurity and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) strategies into the segment product roadmap.




- Monitor and manage all financial aspects of portfolio management.
- Drive harmonization across sites within the segment, focusing on digital maturity, business process optimization, and technology standardization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering in Communication Sciences or similar, Master degree is a plus
- +6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and/or 4 years of experience in the medical industry.
- Advanced level of English (reading, writing and speaking).
