What This Role Is Accountable For
- Sourcing execution decisions and supplier awards
- Supplier matrix ownership and risk mitigation
- Cost outcomes within merchant‑defined guardrails
- End‑to‑end program performance through production and shipment

What you´ll do
- Decide sourcing execution approach, including bid vs. negotiate and supplier selection.
- Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and business awards.
- Approve costs within merchant guardrails.
- Own and optimize the supplier matrix, including onboarding, development, diversification, and exits.
- Monitor programs during production and shipment, resolving issues in partnership with Supply Chain, CMA, and Replenishment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and decision‑making skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications
- International sourcing and Direct Import experience
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations
