About Oneday Oneday is a VC-backed EdTech company that supports aspiring entrepreneurs from all corners of society to launch their dream business, with expert mentorship, a deep curriculum, and a vibrant community of founders. We're looking for a proactive, people-focused Cohort Manager (Student Success Manager) to guide groups of founders through their MBA journey. You'll be the main point of contact for programme support, keeping founders on track with their academic requirements and identifying risk early.

This is not a passive support role. Identify at-risk founders early, keep risk flags updated in Airtable, and drive timely, targeted interventions
Manage founder communications across Slack and Zendesk
Have experience in student success, account management, or a high-touch customer-facing role
Have strong written and spoken English
Are comfortable working with data and tools (Airtable, Zendesk, Slack, or similar)
Direct exposure to hundreds of founders, mentors, and early-stage businesses
A fully remote working environment
