What is your role?

As a Senior Measurement Engineer, you will develop, integrate, and support
measurement and inspection systems that enable manufacturing teams to
characterize products and verify compliance with customer requirements. You will
collaborate with integral engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to
implement robust measurement solutions, improve process controls, and drive
continuous improvement across optical manufacturing environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop, implement, and support measurement methods, inspection systems, and




automation solutions to improve manufacturing performance and product
quality.
* Provide global technical support for manufacturing operations, including
troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and equipment
optimization.
* Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and apply statistical methods
to improve measurement integrity, efficiency, quality, and yield.
* Lead technology transfers and deployment of measurement systems from
development environments into manufacturing operations.
* Train engineering, maintenance, and operations personnel on measurement
system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
* Collaborate with external suppliers to develop, procure, and implement
advanced testing and inspection equipment.
* Lead and participate in projects focused on cost reduction, cycle time
improvements, process optimization, and capacity expansion.
* Develop and maintain technical document
