Mission:



Lead the wholesale and regional sales channels in Mexico, including regional retailers and distributors, to ensure profitable growth, strong market coverage, and execution of commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow all wholesale, distribution, and regional retail accounts nationwide.
- Negotiate annual commercial agreements, terms, and promotional programs.
- Design and execute tailored strategies to strengthen partnerships and expand coverage.
- Drive new business development in underserved or emerging regions.
- Monitor account performance, providing reports and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure profitability by controlling trade investment and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service to guarantee product availability and on-time delivery.
