Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Workforce Specialist to join our Human
Resources Operations team.

In this role,



you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent, effective,
and compliant management of employee data, processes, and services throughout
the entire employee lifecycle to maintain general organizational standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Data Management & Compliance: Maintain and organize local employee files and
digital records to guarantee total accuracy, completeness, and strict
adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.

* Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Support regional hiring processes across
Latin America by initiating new hires in Workday, coordinating document
collection, executing local termination cases, and managing Form I-9
