Jump Cloud is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR Business Partners across our US and LATAM regions, serving as the first point of contact for employee relations and coordinating HRBP-led programs and projects. You will help drive performance and engagement cycles, and provide data and reporting insights to strengthen HRBP capacity. Responsibilities include supporting performance management cycles, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and maintaining HR data accuracy.
