Position Summary

Material Picker and Handling Associate

The Material Picker and Handling (MP&H;) Associate is responsible for the
completion of assigned tasks related to the movement and transfer of raw
materials, components, and finished goods into and between workstations until
products are fully assembled, tested, packed, and shipped.

This role includes regular operation of forklifts and other material-handling
equipment to support loading, replenishment, and material transfers across the
production and warehouse areas.

Job Functions:

* Operate forklifts and other approved material-handling equipment to load,
unload, move, stage, and transfer materials between workstations and
designated storage areas.

* Perform maneuvering of materials and equipment between workstations to ensure
continuous production flow.

* Support loading, replenishment,



and transfer of raw materials, subassemblies,
and finished goods.

* Maintain and secure assigned tools, test equipment, terminals, subassemblies,
parts, and supplies.

* Follow defined escalation procedures to report safety concerns, material
issues, or equipment malfunctions.

* Comply with all safety procedures, forklift operating standards, and any
applicable state or site licensing regulations.

Position Requirements:

* Ability to work adaptable shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.

* Availability to work overtime as required.

* Required: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on forklift operating experience.
Valid forklift certification is required and must be maintained.

* Prior warehouse, material handling, or technical experience preferred.

* Adherence to departmental dress code and safety requirements, including PPE.
