Role Overview

* The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of telecom and
enterprise service projects, ensuring alignment with customer commitments,
operational KPIs, and financial targets. The role acts as the primary
interface between delivery teams, customers, and leadership, driving
execution across infrastructure, service operations, and migration
initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and deliver end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation → closure) for
telecom or managed services projects





* Manage customer engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, and contractual
obligations are met

* Build and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones,
dependencies, and resource allocation

* Track and control project financials (revenue, cost, margin, forecasts)

* Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations, especially in
multi-vendor environments

* Coordinate across cross-functional teams (network, infrastructure, service
delivery, operations)

* Lead status reporting to stakeholders (customers, leadership, top management,
sales)

* Drive governance and compliance (internal processes, audit readiness,
contractual adherence)

* Manage change requests, scope evolution, and customer approvals

* Ensure successful handover to operations
