That's where you come in.

What you'll actually do:
- Call new leads within minutes of them opting in — you're often the first human voice they hear
- Follow a structured script to confirm basic details and interest (no advice)
- Book them onto the senior team's calendar
- Follow up relentlessly via WhatsApp, SMS, and calls until they book
- Run confirmation calls and reminders to keep our show-up rate above 90%
- Keep our CRM clean and current

Compensation:

1. $500/month base, paid weekly
2. Performance bonuses on top — most strong performers land in the $1,000–$2,500+/month range total, uncapped

Path to an account management role for those who prove it out over time

Who we're looking for:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Some background in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing work — but mindset and consistency matter more than resume lines
- Comfortable on the phone, genuinely good with people, low-drama
- Good energy and positive attitude: No complainers, only solution finders.
- High say-do ratio. You said you were going to make 100 calls, you do it. You only did 70, you say you only did 70. Being honest and having high standards is not a soft skill; it's the job
- Full-time, available 9–5 to respond to leads in real time
