Please Note: This is an independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.

Responsibilities
- Manage the client intake process from initial contact to onboarding
- Screen and evaluate potential clients to determine eligibility for legal services
- Conduct intake interviews and gather necessary information accurately
- Maintain and update client records and internal databases
- Communicate case status updates to clients, attorneys, and staff
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience
- Assist with drafting,



formatting, and organizing intake documents
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case handoff
- Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist or in a similar client-facing role
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
