A Day In The Life
As Region Manager, you own the growth engine for your territory. You will build, lead, and accelerate all sales and revenue‑generating activities, forging powerful relationships with retailers, senior distributor leadership, and broker partners. Your mission: drive aggressive top‑line growth while protecting bottom‑line profitability. You’ll influence and collaborate directly with distributor directors and general managers, crafting targeted, winning business strategies that translate corporate vision into flawless execution.

The Impact You'll Make
- Responsible for the distributor senior leadership relationship, strategy creation, engagement, and execution.
- Manage day to day relationship, joint business planning and reviews with distributor.
- Support senior trade development managers (TDM) including capabilities, key performance indicators (KPIs), priorities, development plans, recruitment.
- Develop direct reports to hybrid role of internal process accountability and field execution standards, utilizing the senior TDM to focus greater time on field training and customer/consumer outcomes.
- Lead distributor incentives to drive field sales engagement and results, ensuring energy portfolio is consistently a top priority within the distributor teams.
