Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Team Management
Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment
Coordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program
Coordinate activities and tasks fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing team
Plant Launch Team leaders (if only 1 plant he cumulates this role)
Pilot Plant (for ISPG)
PC&L; (Supply Chain) Engineer
Program Logistics
Including support functions if necessary (PSE, QSE, HSE…)




Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s)
In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers
Product interface (manufacturability)
Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers
Ensure manufacturing feasibility
Manage the Prototype Build and Delivery and Analysis
Implement all changes related to production system and/or related to the product (as of Engineering Change Management)
