JoelSalsa is a professional Salsa On2 dance school based in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. We offer group classes, private lessons, corporate events, and an online school. We are a fast-moving, systems-driven team that uses GoHighLevel, AI automation, and digital tools to run our operations efficiently.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, self-sufficient, and bilingual Studio Operations Coordinator to join our remote team full-time. This is not a basic VA role. You will be the operational backbone of JoelSalsa — managing student communications, coordinating private lessons with our instructors, processing payments, supporting our monthly campaign launches, and keeping our systems running smoothly every single day.

You will report directly to Joel and Maria, the owners of JoelSalsa.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday | 9am–6pm New York City time (1 hour lunch included)

What You Will Do
- Process 350+ monthly student payments into PunchPass
- Coordinate private lessons between students and 4 instructors




- Answer and make phone calls with students in English via GoHighLevel
- Respond to student emails and messages
- Monitor AI-automated conversations and flag anything that needs attention
- Manage social media posting and engagement
- Set up monthly campaign launches in GoHighLevel
- Verify online school membership cancellations
- Support Joel and Maria with daily operational tasks

What We Are Looking For
- Fluent English — written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
- Previous experience working with US or Canadian companies in English (minimum 1 year)
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls in English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-sufficient — able to learn using video tutorials and checklists independently
- Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus
- NOT currently enrolled in school or university full-time
- Stable, long-term mindset
- Based in Latin America with full availability Mon–Fri 9am–6pm NYC time
