We are looking for a proficient Auto Insurance Policy Services Clerk who is motivated to professionally grow and excel with the company. This is a play key role in supporting policy administration and servicing within our insurance company. You will handle policy insurance modifications, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with different departments, agents, and customers.

Tasks will consist of:
1. Work closely with underwriters, agents, and other departments to facilitate smooth policy processing.

2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance regarding policy-related matters.

3. Verify policy information for completeness and accuracy.

Skills:
- Experience in the *U.S auto insurance industry* as a policy clerk or its equivalent




- Develops and executes effective auto insurance policy servicing, data entry and record managemen, document review and verification, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements.
- Analytical thinking and detail oriented and thorough(financial, legal, etc. to identify risks)
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer service skills
- Negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn

El sueldo será determinado con base a experiencia y habilidades del candidato.
