Main Responsibilities
~ General Project Management & Exec utionLead end to end coordination and execution of global People Operations projects, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, governance, deliverables, and operational object ives.
~ People Systems & Operational Initi atives
Coordinate projects related to HR systems, payroll operations, process improvements, systems integrations, and operational initiatives across multiple regions and business g roups.
~ Cross Functional Coord ination
Act as the primary coordination point between People teams,
Payroll, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and successful project de livery.
~ Vendor & External Partner Coor dination
Coordinate external consultants, implementation partners, and vendors involved in People Operations projects, ensuring proper follow up, accountability, and delivery of agreed activities and ti melines.
~ Governance, Reporting & Project
TrackingManage project governance activities including project plans, timelines, milestone tracking, action logs, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder commu nication.
Testing, Go Live & Stabilizat ion Support
Coordinate testing activities, implementation readiness, cutover planning, go live execution, and post implementation stabilization activities to support operational continuity
Knowledge and experie nce required
