Talent Acquisition Specialist – Monterrey

About the Role:
Amalga is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Monterrey. This is a full on-site role focused on high-volume recruitment for international clients across industries such as IT, BPO, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

The adecuado candidate must have a strong recruitment background, excellent organization skills, and a very advanced English level. This role requires constant candidate communication, English screenings, resume review, interview coordination, and daily follow-up across multiple open positions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume recruitment processes for multiple assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ experience, English level, communication skills, motivation, and overall fit.




- Maintain consistent candidate communication and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the process.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, account managers, and client stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS, trackers, and internal systems.
- Partner with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs, priorities, and role requirements.
- Support multiple searches at once while meeting deadlines and recruitment targets.
- Track recruitment activity, pipeline status, and key metrics to provide regular updates to the team.
- Represent Amalga professionally with candidates and support a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Advanced English level required — C1 or higher, with excellent written and spoken communication.
