What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer support while helping keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Depending on your strengths, your responsibilities may include:
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Respond to emails and website chats
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates and deposits
- Contact customers with appointment updates
- Assist with billing and invoicing
- Process warranty claims and communicate with manufacturers
- Follow up on outstanding leads and customer inquiries
- Update customer records in our service management software
- Work closely with technicians and the operations team
- Help ensure every customer has an excellent experience

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Friendly, patient, and professional communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience
- Scheduling or dispatch experience
- Experience with appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home service companies
- Experience with Housecall Pro or simi
