Affiliate Manager – Influencer & Creator Partnerships (Remote)
Are you already connected with influencers, creators, and affiliate partners who drive real sales?
We're looking for a highly connected Affiliate Manager who can leverage existing relationships within the creator ecosystem to drive rapid growth through influencer and affiliate partnerships.
This is not a traditional account management role. We're looking for a strategic connector, relationship builder, and growth-driven professional with a proven track record of activating creators, scaling affiliate programs, and generating measurable revenue.
What You'll Do
✅ Recruit, onboard, and activate creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
✅ Build and expand high-performing affiliate and creator partnership programs
✅ Leverage existing creator relationships to drive immediate partnership opportunities
✅ Reactivate inactive creators and unlock new revenue opportunities
✅ Negotiate partnership agreements and create long-term strategic relationships
✅ Monitor creator performance, conversions, ROI,



and revenue growth
✅ Develop strategies to increase creator engagement, retention, and affiliate sales
✅ Identify high-potential creators and transform them into revenue-generating partners
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to scale influencer and affiliate initiatives
What We're Looking For
✔ 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships
✔ Proven experience managing influencer, creator, or affiliate programs
✔ Existing network of creators, influencers, or affiliate partners
✔ Demonstrated success generating revenue through affiliate or influencer marketing initiatives
✔ Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
✔ Experience recruiting, onboarding, and activating creators at scale
✔ Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing conversions, performance metrics, ROI, and growth opport
