The Reporting Specialist is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and delivering accurate and timely financial reports to support strategic business decisions. This role works closely with Accounting, Finance, and Audit teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilitie
- sPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- .Analyze variances (budget vs. actuals) and provide explanations
- .Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data
- .Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- .Automate and improve reporting processes and workflows
- .Consolidate financial information from multiple data sources
- .Assist with internal and external audits
- .Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, as applicable)
- .Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership
- .Document reporting processes, controls, and procedures
